The apartment is located on the top floor of the house. It includes an equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tableware and basic kitchen utensils), a dining table with four chairs, living room with a corner sofa, TV, DVD player, bathroom with a shower cabin, and two bedrooms (one double bed and two single-beds with nightstands.

A gazebo, barbecue grill and a sun lounger can be found and used in the garden.

Parking for less than 4.5 meters is possible in the yard. In case of a larger car, you can park in the spacious area in front of the house.
